Heart To Heart Agency Fees and Due Dates
$3790.00 Agency Management Fee
- Non-medical donor screening
- Coordination with clinic and psychiatrist
- Donor Travel Coordination
Donor Compensation
$6000-$10,000 (Under no circumstance will donor compensation go above $10,000)
Fees and Charges paid to Agency for Donor
- $350 - $500 Psychological Evaluation
- $400 Donor and Intended Mother Insurance (Accidental and Medical Coverage)
- $500 $3500 Donor Travel Expenses (If donor has to travel more than 30 miles from home)
- $1500 - $3000 Donor Local Monitoring ( If donor resides in a different city than cycling clinic).
- $300 - $500 Donor Legal Representation
Other Fees Paid by Intended Parents to Clinic, Pharmacy, Attorney
- $400 - $700 Intended Parents Legal Representation
- Various Fees Clinic Fees, medications, medical screening.

Additional costs, such as medical screening through your clinic, medications and other medical services are not included in this estimation. Please contact your clinic for an estimate of these costs. Heart To Heart Donations understands the decision to turn to egg donation involves many emotions. However, there are also the financial factors, therefore, our fees are reasonable and our service fee is a one time fee. If you are not successful with your first donor, (success to us means walking into your home with a baby in your arms), we do not charge any additional service fees to cycle again with another donor on our database, or we will assist you in finding another donor. This is our promise to you.
