Heart To Heart Agency Fees
$4300.00 Agency Management Fee (due when donor is matched)
- Non-medical donor screening
- Coordination with clinic and psychiatrist
- Donor Travel Coordination
Donor Compensation
$6500-$10,000 (Under no circumstance will donor compensation go above $10,000)
Fees and Charges paid to Agency for Donor
- $350 - $500 Psychological Evaluation
- $275. Donor Insurance (Accidental and Medical Coverage)
- $500 $2500 Donor Travel Expenses (If donor has to travel more than 30 miles from home)*
- $1500 - $2500 Donor Local Monitoring ( If donor resides in a different city than cycling clinic)*.
- $300 - $500 Donor Legal Representation
*All fees may be paid by credit card 3.5% fee for all credit card charges except charge for
Agency fee.
Other Fees Paid by Intended Parents to Clinic, Pharmacy, Attorney
- $400 - $700 Intended Parents Legal Representation
- Various Fees Clinic Fees, medications, medical screening.
