One Time Fee for matching intended parents with donor and coordinating of cycle and case management.
(If Donor does not pass medical screening $1700.00 will be returned to Intended Parents if they are
unable to find another Donor to their satisfaction on our database.)
Egg Donor Insurance $ 400
Insurance to cover donor in the event any unexpected medical complications occur from donation.
Attorney fees for donor $ 400- $600
Legal counsel for donor to review contract with intended parents
Fees paid to Donor $5000
Donor fees are usually more for donors with proven successful donations.
Travel Fees for Donor $900-$2000+
If Donor has to travel for donation. Depends on distance of travel.

Attorney Fees For Intneded Parents $500-$750
(fees are paid directly to Attorney)
Fees for medical services and medications vary with each clinic. Varies
Your clinic will inform you of the cost of medical services, medications and testing for a donor cycle. If donor has to travel
there there may be fees for monitoring her by a clinic in her home state.
Psychological Testing Fees $100- $400
Some clinics do have an "in house" psychologist and therefore this fee would not apply.
Genetic Testing $100- $200
Some clinics require this type of testing
50% of Administrative Fee due at the time Administrative Agreement is signed. Donor Legal Fee, Psychological Fee and Genetic Testing Fee (if necessary), administrative fee and travel deposit also due at the time Agreement is signed.
Remaining Administrative Fee, Travel Fees, due before donor begins injectable medications.
